(11)     Policing and Supervision:

               A.     Parents must supervise all guests and children at all times.

               B.     Police will regularly check the park to enforce rules and regulations and shall have authority of ejectment for disobedience thereto or for defiance.

               C.     Report of all injuries to the Village Office.

     (b)     The rules and regulations as set forth in this section are hereby determined to be necessary to the health, safety, morals and welfare of the Municipality and its inhabitants.  Whoever violates such rules and regulations is subject to immediate expulsion from the park in addition to any penalty as provided in Section 961.99.
